Denise Champagne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Criminology in 1997, then continued her education and earned a Masters in Social Work in 2002. Since beginning her career in social work, Denise has served clients in a variety of settings and in different capacities, all of which were dedicated to providing excellent mental health services. She has experience in direct practice and has also been a Director of Clinical Services. Denise began providing therapy services at DBT Center of Western Kentucky in 2013 and joined Kentucky Psychiatry when Alabama Psychiatry acquired the practice in 2017. She is trained to provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and serves the child, adolescent, and adult populations.
