Brittany Williams PMHNP-BC

Brittany Williams is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Kentucky Psychiatry. She is from Philadelphia, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from La Salle University in 2014. Her passion for mental health grew deeper while working in substance abuse, where she provided care to both adolescents and adults grappling with dual diagnoses. She then perused a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Western Kentucky University (WKU), completing her degree in 2022.

Acknowledging the challenges individuals encounter in seeking mental health care, such as societal stigmas and access barriers, Brittany’s mission is to create an environment that is welcoming, safe, and judgment-free for all, irrespective of their background.

Brittany is excited about her new journey with Kentucky Psychiatry and is eager to make a positive impact, contributing to the well-being of her community.
